On August 17th, 2007, The Lotteries and Gaming Authority issued a Letter of Intent (LGA/CL3/278/2006) to grant MPP Entertainment Ltd., Vincenti Buildings, Suite 460, 14/19 Strait Street, Valletta VLT08, Malta, a Class 3 Remote Gaming License running on Class 4 Licensee – Wagerlogic Poker Software Ltd. (LGA/CL4/275/2006).
